1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EasyIHIP (easyihip.com), you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Record-Keeping Tool (Not Legal Advice)
EasyIHIP helps parents organize instruction hours, 180-day attendance, Individualized Home Instruction Plans (IHIP), and Quarterly Reports formatted around New York State Commissioner's Regulations 8 NYCRR §100.10. This application is an administrative record-keeping tool and does not constitute legal advice. Parents remain responsible for timely filing with their local school district superintendent.
3. Responsible Data Entry
You agree to practice data minimization by entering only your child's first name or nickname and avoiding unnecessary personally identifiable information (PII) in activity descriptions or uploaded work samples.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities logged under your parent account.
